Chair is all I expected. Looks good, is comfortable, and has held up well. If your a big man like me this is the cahir for you It easily accomadates my 300+ lbs.

Bought 5 of these to make a set for my game room. They are big, comfy and seem very durable. I was worried after reading over a thousand different reviews on many different models of chairs. It seemed no one liked anything. I took a chance on these based on thier size and description. the 5 of us who play basically every saturday all like them. they are high backed and very wide based.

I was expecting a larger chair for the price, but the chair is fine and comfortable. It does seem to have cheap parts, but still this is a good deal for a quality chair under $100.

First impression: I was immediately a little disappointed in was the quality of the fabric, I thought it might be a little nice for the $150 starting price that they had listed with it. I’d read in the reviews that it can be hard to put together, but I didn’t difficult at all.

After sitting in it for a few weeks, I’ll tell you that it is not a very comfortable chair. My legs fall asleep if I cross them because there just isn’t enough padding on the seat. At 140 lbs, I bottom out on it when I lean forward. Sit in it for 8 hours like I do and you can see why I’m already shopping for a new chair about a month later. This is for the person that will sit in it for an hour or so and doesn’t want to spend a lot.

For the asking price I paid ($90+), I expected a much better chair. It’s said to be discounted by $60 and I think that’s ridiculous. I’d put this chair in the $49 value range and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone that plans to use it more than casually; this chair is not great for prolonged sitting.

I strongly, strongly recommend the use of a basic power drill when assembling this chair. The hardware is already screwed into the components, so be sure to remove them before you begin. The fit is snug and precise. I ordered four for the collaboration area in my new office. The first two I assembled by hand, and the fit is so tight I really did a number on my hands with a manual screwdriver. The last two I assembled after grabbing my power drill, and VOILA. Much better! The height adjustment piston is snug with a tight feel, a strong lift, and a comfortable support. The cushions are comfortable and the assembly a breeze. Great product for the price. The black definitely picks up dust and particulate matter well, so a lint roller may be a desirable accessory!

  6. O. SOLIS Says:

We have a ton of these at my job and they wear out quick. I had to buy an additional cushion because this one wore out in 2 months of use and all that is left for cushion is a board which is really bad for your back. I started to get a lot of back problems that are associated with sitting for hours at a desk. Bad chairs for long hours, maybe a good chair for use of one person in a personal setting but in an office, these are hell.

The parts look cheap, and the assembly instructions are not great. Still, it was easy to assemble. The height adjustment does not work.

  8. Gregory Farnum Says:

It’s a cheap chair. It doesn’t cost much and it doesn’t seem too likely to break, so it’s a fair product. But be aware that the only adjustment available is height — if you want to recline, or if you want the armrest at a different height, tough luck. It’s all locked together during assembly: you attach the armrests to the seat, then attach the back to the armrests. If you have somebody else in the house, you’ll want their help for assembly; I got it together by myself but doing so was annoying and awkward.

Have had one now for more than 5 years. About to order again – mainly due to the Amazon price.

Honestly, for the Amazon price, and the many hours of duty it’s withstood, I’m very happy with it.

    Pros –
    1. Comfortable in a desk setting.
    2. Durable. MANY hours every day for 5 years. But I’d like a new one.
    3. Amazon price is, as usual, pretty darn good.
    4. Assembly is very easy.

    Cons –
    1. Not much recline – but if you’re working I doubt you’ll care.
    2. Height adjustment range seems less than other chairs.
    3. Arm rests are set – no adjustment. Good location for me though.

To me this and the B8106 from Boss seem identical. So maybe go for the best price available.

  10. Phillip Thorne Says:

This is a really nice comfy well made chair from a helpful and efficient supplier. It goes together very well (needs to be assembled after delievery) and makes a pleasant addition to any home office or working environment where you need to sit at a desk for long periods of time. The padding makes the seat and the backrest support nice and soft, also nice and warm, and allows the user to enjoy sitting in it while working.

It has a height adjuster which is essential for getting the correct position for working and swivels easily to allow for any movements which need to be made while performing tasks at your desk. It’s a really nice chair for a very good price and the supplier does a great job on delivering it quickly.
