If you see a product with the name “Office Furniture in a Flash” or “Flash Furniture” just move on.
In their paperwork they have a section stating:
“Lifetime (warranty) on component parts[…].”
What they actually mean is “two years.” So no….not actually lifetime. Also this chair is no
longer being made by this company, so if you buy one of the ones left in stock, there will be
no parts in which they’ll have on hand should you have an issue within their Lifetime/two years warranty period.

Think twice before ordering this chair. Amazon was showing 5 in stock when I ordered it on October 20, 2011. It is now November 14, 2011 and not only do I still not have my chair, but I have requested status on my order twice with NO response.
